Jacqueline Fernandez hails from Manama in Bahrain. She grew up in an ethnically diverse family. Jacqueline Fernandez's mother Kim and father Elroy are both Malaysians. In the wake of being crowned Miss Sri Lanka in 2006 Padukone was able to begin her work on television. She was the host of the program Lanka Business Report which focused on business in Sri Lanka. Padukone's father is a professional badminton player Prakash Padukone. Padukone has had a childhood in Copenhagen and Bangalore. Padukone played in the national championships when she was an teen, but she gave her sports career up in order to be a model. Padukone's native language is Konkani. She is Mangalorean from her birthplace. Padukone is located situated in Kundapura Taluk located in Udupi in Karnataka State, India, is where her ancestry originates. Prakash Padukone's father was an international badminton player who has now retired. Her mom is a traveling agent.
